| OSA provides software and consulting to the electric power
industry. OSA is the developer of the POWRSYM power system
operations model. The first version of POWRSYM was initiated by
Roger Babb in 1969 and a number of models in use throughout the
industry trace their roots to POWRSYM. OSA now offers PowrSym3 , a 3rd generation production costing mod. As the electric utility industry changes, PowrSym3
continues to evolve. It is a work in progress, keeping in step with
the industry.
OSA is incorporated in Georgia and headquartered
in Ringgold, GA, near Chattanooga, TN. OSA has clients and affiliates
in the US, Europe, and Australia.
